Johan Riphagen will train students in voice both individually and as part of a choir. Besides the singing lessons, students will study choral works, from medieval to modern, and may perform an informal concert at the end of the course.
He also conducts the project choir.

Johan Riphagen studied choir and orchestra conducting in Rottedam, The Hague and Barcelona with Antoni Ros-Marbá, Ed Spanjaard and Sergiu Celibidache. For the last 20 years he has conducted several choirs and has given courses in choir-singing and voice technique.
He is also a composer.
He was guestconductor of the "Komi" state chamberchoirr in Russia. His compositions have been performed by ensembles such as Ensemble Contours, Capella Slava Cultura and Trio Scola Cantorum.
